Cancellation Policy

Understanding Our Refunds

We understand that plans change. Below are the detailed cancellation charges for safari zones in different states and hotel packages. Please review them carefully.

Maharashtra Zones

(Kolitmara, Khubala, Sillari, Chorbahuli, Khursapar, Surewani, Banera, Paoni, Mogarkasa)

1 Day Before Excursion: 100% Deducted
2 to 7 Days Before: 75% Deducted
8 to 15 Days Before: 50% Deducted
More Than 15 Days Before: 25% Deducted

MP Buffer Zones

(Teliya, Rukhad, Masurnala, Khumbhpani, Khawasa)

Within 2 Days: 100% Deducted
2 to 14 Days Before: 75% Deducted
15 to 29 Days Before: 50% Deducted
More Than 30 Days Before: 25% Deducted

MP Core Zones

(Touria, Karmajhiri, Jhamtara)

Within 48 Hours: 100% Deducted
2 Days or More Before: Fee of INR 3500 will be charged.

Core zone permits are highly restrictive.

Hotel & Package Cancellation

Less than 48 hours or No Show: NO REFUND
2 to 6 Days Prior: 50% of Tour Cost
7 to 14 Days Prior: 40% of Tour Cost

15 to 29 Days Prior: 30% of Tour Cost
30 Days Prior: 20% of Tour Cost
* Percentages apply to tour cost excluding Safari fees.

General Policies & Guidelines

Written Intimation: Cancellations must be sent via email to cancellation@junglesafariindia.in. Requests to other emails are invalid.
Government Changes: Hikes in taxes, permit fees, or fuel costs by the Govt will be charged extra.
Booking Failures: If a safari isn't booked due to technical errors or seat unavailability, a full refund will be processed.
Peak Season: Separate policies may apply for Holi, Diwali, Christmas & New Year.

Liabilities: We are not liable for refunds arising from Force Majeure events (strikes, weather, traffic, closures).
Jurisdiction: Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.
Payment Default: Non-payment of balance dues will result in forfeiture of advance and cancellation of services.
No Zone Guarantee: Safari zones are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change zones if required.

Important Note: All cancellation requests must be submitted on the Dashboard or via the official email and will be processed based on the date received. Tour dates are not counted when processing cancellations.
